These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations issued by I.B.S Construction.

Quotations

Quotes are free, written and itemised. A quote is an estimate based on the information and site conditions available at the time; if the scope of work changes or hidden conditions are uncovered, we will discuss and agree any adjustment with you before proceeding.

Workmanship

All work is carried out by qualified tradesmen to accepted building practice. Any concern about completed work should be reported to us promptly so we can inspect and put it right.
